Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
The owner of each unit shall have one (1) vote. Please refer to section 8 of the Declaration of Condominium and Article II Section 2 of the By-Laws.

Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
Use restrictions include residential use, pets, nuisance, common elements, limited Limited common elements, leasing, and Association. Please refer to Section 13 of the Declaration of Condominium.

Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my unit?
Homes me be leased for no less than thirty (30) days. Management must be notified of all leases. For additional information refer to Section 14 of the Declaration of the the Declaration of the Condominium.

Q: How much are my assessments to the Association and when are they due?
Assessments are $1,7000.00 per quarter. Payments are due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October.

Q: Do I have to be a member in any other Association? If so, what is the name of the Association and what are my voting rights in this Association? Also, how much are my assessments?

Q: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? Is so, am I obligated to pay annually?
There are no recreational or other commonly used facilities available to members of the Association for which there are rent or land use fees paid.
